How GASP Classifies the Listings
A Smoke-Free Property does not allow smoking anywhere on the property including all units, balconies, porches, patios, entrances, and the grounds. GASP includes any property that has implemented the 2018 HUD rule for public housing that prohibits the use of tobacco products inside all indoor and common areas, living units, electrical closets, storage units, administrative office buildings, and in all outdoor areas within 25 feet of the housing and administrative office buildings.
A No-Smoking policy means that the property does not allow smoking anywhere inside any residential buildings including all units, balconies, porches, patios, and main entrances. The property may also prohibit smoking within a certain distance of their buildings and some outdoor areas.
Disclaimer: This website was created before electronic smoking devices became popular and marijuana use became legal and no longer maintained vaping and marijuana. The accuracy or reliability of these listings cannot be guaranteed and may be dated since it is no longer maintained. Visit the property, contact the management for more information, read the lease carefully, and talk to some current residents about the policy.
